This agreement confirms the customer's intention to engage Smart Choice Training for the training services agreed between the parties.
The customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the training requirements and agree to the applicable terms and conditions relating to the training services.
This is a demonstration agreement. The final agreement and terms will be supplied and approved by Smart Choice Training.
